Terms of Use

These terms apply to Pixifold, a local document and image utility published by Big Helpers Software and Solutions Private Limited. By installing or using Pixifold, you agree to use it lawfully and to respect the rights and policies of the files, providers and recipients you choose.
Local processing
Pixifold is designed to process selected content on your device. You are responsible for the files you select, your authority to use them, your passwords, your destinations and any copies you send to another app or provider.
No developer account or cloud service
The reviewed product does not provide a Pixifold account or a Big Helpers cloud-processing service. System providers, backups, app stores and receiving applications are separate services governed by their own terms.
Free and Plus plans
Pixifold is free to use. The Free tier is permanent: it does not expire, shrink, carry advertising or tracking, or add an export watermark. One optional paid tier, Pixifold Plus, unlocks larger batches and additional tools. Nothing you have already made is affected by whether you pay.
Some features are never part of a paid plan. Removing EXIF, GPS and camera metadata on export, AES-256 encryption of PDFs and ZIP archives, and removing a password you already know are free and stay free.
Store billing and payment information
Pixifold Plus is purchased through the App Store or Google Play. The store presents the price, taxes, payment terms and identity of the entity processing the transaction. The store charges the payment method associated with your store account and provides the receipt. Big Helpers does not receive, process or store your card, bank-account or other payment-instrument details.
There is no Pixifold account. The plan is associated with the store account used for the purchase and the entitlement information that the store makes available to the app.
Seven-day free trial
Pixifold Plus has a seven-day free-trial offer on both the monthly and yearly subscription options where the store checkout presents you as eligible. The checkout screen identifies your eligibility, the price and billing period that follow the trial, and the date on which payment begins. Unless you cancel through your store account before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to the monthly or yearly paid plan shown at checkout.
Trial eligibility is determined by the store and the configured offer. The trial is not promised where the store checkout does not present it.
Renewal and cancellation
The monthly and yearly options are auto-renewing subscriptions. They renew for the same billing period until cancelled. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. A cancellation stops future renewals; unless the store grants a refund or revokes access, Plus normally continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Big Helpers cannot change the payment method or subscription settings in your store account.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the rules of the store that processed the purchase, applicable law and the facts of the request. Apple customers can use Apple's refund-request process. Google Play customers can use Google Play's refund process; Google Play also gives developers tools to issue full or partial refunds in supported cases. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund, remedy or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a purchase is refunded and access is revoked, the paid plan ends. Nothing you already produced is removed, changed, locked or watermarked.
What happens when a plan ends
Losing a plan is never destructive. A cancellation, expiry, refund, failed payment or failed verification changes only what your next job may do. Files, projects, presets, recipes and exports that already exist stay readable and stay yours; new jobs run under Free limits.
The stores may provide their own billing-retry or grace arrangements. Pixifold also caches a verified entitlement so temporary loss of a store connection does not block the app immediately, but the duration of that local cache is an implementation safeguard and is not a promised paid-subscription period.
Prices and price changes
The price that applies is the price the store shows before you confirm the purchase, in the currency and with the taxes shown there. Website prices are a reference to the United States base price and may not match the amount in another storefront.
Prices for future purchases or renewals may change. Existing subscribers receive any notice and consent request required by the store or applicable law. A change does not take effect for an existing subscriber before the store permits it to do so.
Platform differences
The paid tier is the same tier on every platform, but operating-system integrations differ. Shortcuts, App Intents, macOS Quick Actions, Finder services and Apple Family Sharing are available only on supported Apple platforms and only when the applicable Apple setting is enabled. Google Play Family Library is not offered for Pixifold Plus.
Feature availability
Feature lists describe what the current version includes. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. A change will not remove access to work you already produced or move a free privacy or security feature listed above behind payment.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Pixifold useful, but device storage, operating-system behaviour, provider availability, file formats and third-party services can affect results. Keep your own backup of important originals. To the extent permitted by law, Pixifold is provided without a promise that every file, device or provider will be supported or that an output will meet a particular purpose.
Apple licence terms
Pixifold relies on Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for copies obtained through the App Store. These Pixifold terms supplement, and do not replace, the applicable store terms or mandatory law.
No lifetime purchase
Pixifold Plus is available only as a monthly or yearly subscription. There is no lifetime or other one-time paid plan.

Governing law
Big Helpers Software and Solutions Private Limited is based at HIG-2, M.P. Housing Board Colony, Tikuri, Katni, Madhya Pradesh 483501, India. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to mandatory rights available to you.
