For help with Pixifold, email admin@bighelpers.in. Please include your platform, app version, a short description of the problem and steps to reproduce it. Do not send passwords, private documents or personal files unless we specifically request a safe redacted example.
Before contacting us
- Confirm that the app and operating system are up to date.
- Check that the selected source and destination are still available.
- Keep an original copy of important files.
- For a provider or receiving-app problem, contact that provider too.
