What Pixifold processes
Pixifold is designed to process images, PDFs, documents, filenames, sizes, page or frame counts, thumbnails, folder structure, operation settings and local library state on your device when you request a feature. A password entered for a protected local operation is used for that operation and is not intended to be saved, logged, indexed, shared, copied to the clipboard or sent to Big Helpers.
What Big Helpers collects
In the reviewed product, Big Helpers does not operate a Pixifold account, cloud upload, advertising, analytics, tracking or remote crash-reporting service. Pixifold does not send your files to Big Helpers for processing.
A paid Pixifold Plus plan adds no new collection by Big Helpers. The App Store or Google Play handles the purchase and reports the purchased product and entitlement state to the app. Big Helpers does not receive, process or store your card, bank-account or other payment-instrument details.
If you deliberately save, share or export through an operating-system picker, another app, a person, a backup service or a cloud provider, that recipient's privacy policy controls its handling.
Permissions and retention
Pixifold requests access needed for a feature you choose. Local files, thumbnails, metadata and settings remain on your device until you remove them, clear app data or uninstall, subject to operating-system backup and migration. Temporary processing and share files are removed on normal completion, failure and cancellation paths where supported.
Website and support messages
This website sets no cookie and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking script. If you choose to email us, we receive your email address, message and anything you attach. We use that information to answer the request, provide support, maintain necessary business records and protect the service. Email in transit is handled by your mail provider and ours under their policies.

Children and changes
Pixifold is a general utility and is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the product's data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

For privacy questions or requests about the local product, email admin@bighelpers.in. Pixifold has no developer-operated account to delete in the reviewed version; local data can be removed through the app, operating-system controls or uninstall.
